We ship from Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
Requests made after this period cannot be accommodated.
However, you may return your order for a full refund once it has been delivered.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse.
Please allow extra time for processing during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase and shipped the following business day.
Please note: we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
All prices on our site are listed in U.S. Dollars and are tax-free.
However, you may be responsible for paying duties, taxes, and customs fees once your order arrives at its destination. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We do not cover these fees, and we are not liable for any delays caused by customs processing.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
If you receive incorrect, missing, or defective merchandise, please contact us right away.
Be sure to include your order number, photos of the item(s), and any relevant details when reaching out.
We’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
If you paid by credit or with debit card, the refund will be sent to your card-issuing bank within 7–10 business days of receiving your returned item or cancellation request.
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
If you haven’t seen the refund after 10 business days, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card company for further assistance.
